    Randall's right (as usual). You need to bring something to the table. If you want someone to do your homework for you, at least provide your instructor's email address so that we can send it directly and get credit.

    Oh, and complete sentences with punctuation are nice, too.

    The December 13, 2004 issue of Business Week magazine had an interesting article titled "Making Marketing measure Up" (pg 112-113). Might be worth looking up this article, as it will cover some of what you are looking for.
