Tagline For Personal Realtor Brand

Posted by realtor on 250 Points
Hello to all you creative experts. I'm looking for help developing a tagline for my personal real estate brand. I'm currently with a brokerage in Austin but want something I can move with me if I leave the state. I just KNOW there's something that can be done with the name my parents blessed me with. Sadly, I was a scientist when I was working before, definitely more left brain.

"I generally work with investors to find positive cash flow properties. We use data driven analytics to match personal preferences to profitable properties whether clients are buying their first home, a luxury vacation home, investment properties, or rental homes."

    [name removed] Real Estate
"Matching Personal Preferences to Profitable Properties"

Still thinking about how to use the name in a tagline. Here's a bit of an alliterative forced fit-
"[name removed] Pairs Personal Preferences to Profitable Properties"

I think I might shift the focus a bit. More about Austin and less about you. If you move you can always retool; it's a different target audience, and your focus will be different anyway.

Including [your name] seems too much like borrowed interest -- totally irrelevant to the benefit your target audience really seeks. There's no need to distract someone with your offbeat name when they really want a solid, cash-flow-positive real estate investment.

I'd think harder about the unique and compelling benefit your clients can expect when they deal with you. Find out what clients really want, and how they want to feel, about their real estate transactions ... and promise/deliver THAT. Then the name will present itself.

This seems more like a positioning project than a naming issue. Be careful not to reach for such a broad target audience that you end up with a confusing or ambiguous benefit promise.

While your last name is memorable for those that know you, it's initially confusing to those that don't. And like Michael, I suggest focusing on Austin as your positioning, not [name].
