    Smells like a homework assignment in need of completion to me.

    In any event, this is less of a marketing issue and more of a finance issue. To offer to buy a company, you would need to submit a lengthy letter to the target's board of directors.

    Beyond that, I think you're on your own, unless someone else here takes pity on you.
