Have you created a business plan? A marketing plan? If so, you should probably share the relevant parts with us so we can understand the role of the tagline. If not, that's the place to begin.

What is the name of your app? Who and where is your primary target audience? Can you be more specific about the "new stock investors?"

What do you want the tagline to communicate? What is the unique and compelling benefit your target audience can expect if they buy/use your app?

Yeah. Its targeted towards rookies especially students who have very limited knowledge of stock market and are afraid to invest. The app provides them with opportunity to choose from a bunch of different investment track depending on their financial goals and the app invests that money for them in a bunch of different companies. The benefit of the app is they don't have to worry about managing their portfolio the app will buy/sell and invest in different shares. These investments are made by a bunch of specialist.

Do you need a name and a tagline, or do you already have a name? If the latter, what is it?

Your tagline needs to work with the name and positioning of the app. If you can give us the name we can likely come up with a bunch of suggestions.
