What type of animals? What type of protection? Where?
Were there previous campaigns? If so, tell us about them?
What's special about your organization? What action do you want the public to take?

That's great.

What kind of campaign is it? Print? Online? Radio, TV? Outdoor? Direct mail? Or something else?

And what, EXACTLY are you setting out to communicate? You've outlined three goals? That might be too much for one campaign.

Protecting animals from what?

Awareness about shelters to do what?

Awareness of pet stores because ...?

You goals are positive, though vague.

Vagueness in marketing is death.

Be specific.
