"Best" in what way? How do you judge "best?" What are the metrics you'll use?

I am not going to be able to provide answers, as thus isn't a geography I know, but I suspect others will want to know if you are looking at printed or online? Of the services often needed (design, content development, distribution, etc.), which will you need and which do you have covered already?

Most e-mail newsletter systems have no geographic anchor to set them apart.

Just to note: toni.soto shows an email address at the very service she is recommending. Could be a biased opinion, ya' think?

Of course, emma.williams -- who asked the original question -- has an email address that suggests she works for a company that does the same thing! (Maybe affiliated companies?)

Probably wise to treat both with a healthy dose of skepticism.
