Three Word Groups To Describe Increasing Quality

Posted by vishnov9 on 250 Points
I need ideas for a store name that segregates the consumers based upon the quality and price of the products. It has three tiers like good, better and best where good is for budget buyers and best is for premium or elite shoppers.

If my brand were Walmart then I need something like Walmart silver, Walmart gold and Walmart platinum. I came with words like Select, Prime for premium products but that ain't gonna cut it.

If the words are linked to each other, that'd be best (as in gold, silver, platinum or low, medium, high which shows increasing value)

Need your help. Need few word groups with these idea.

What types of products do you sell?
    Where is your store located?
    Why can't you use gold/silver/etc. - since it's well-understood?

It's essentially a supermarket. I'm offering services for consumers based on their shopping habits. So to create an entirely distinct and unique shopping experience for each type of customer, I'm using this three-tiered of the shopping experience. First will be for budget-conscious consumers (take Walmart as a name example) next will be for more lavish spenders (say Walmart Select) and finally for customers with more generous budget maybe we can use (say Walmart Select+). See? This is what I was thinking of, and I can't come up with something appealing and fresh.

I don't think gold silver and platinum will gel with the kind of concept I have in mind. And moreover it's too mainstream. Need something new, something different.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to imply.

I'm having a problem with the strategy of trying to make a single brand name serve three different target audiences by just putting "lipstick on a pig." I suspect you will confuse all three market segments if you follow this approach.

Don't forget that your basic brand already has an image. Adding a word to it -- or one of 3 words -- isn't likely to change public perception of who/what you are. And customers in the lowest tier are probably not going to feel good about your brand regardless.

    2) Red Label - Black Label - Gold Label [ based on Johnnie walker segregation
