What will make your agency better/different from your competition?
What type of name are you looking for?
    What region will you serve?

    A few suggestions:
    • The Technology Advantage [HR]
    • New Age [Recruitment]
    • Pan India Millenium [HR]

It is difficult to identify a name when you haven't given us your primary focus. Do you see your company as providing consultancy services, including recruitment, to companies or do you you see yourselves as primarily helping individuals to find jobs. The focus from the name and tagline will be different in each situation.

You would benefit from having a clear business and marketing plan. Right now it sounds like "We will do whatever it takes to deliver what you need, because we are young and aggressive." There is no mention of what makes you different from, and better than, competitors. There is also no clear focus on a specific target audience.
