Looking For A Name/tagline For My Fitness Business

Posted by ambershieldsfitness on 250 Points
I am a health and fitness coach starting my own business. My niche market is young moms 25-40. Because moms tend to be so busy taking care of their families, they tend not to take care of themselves. After having children womens bodies can change drastically and that can be a source of frustration and even depression. Moms are tend to be stressed and overwhelmed (at least at times), wanting more energy to keep up with all the demands that come with running a family. My goal is to take the confusion and mystery out of fitness and show these women how to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle in a way that works with their schedules and perceived time constraints. I am trying to come up with a name that pops and stands out in a very crowded industry (fitness in general).

I tried to play with workds that have "mom" in them. The only thing very good I have come up with is Momentum. Its been used though. I feel it would be silly to do it like Mom-entum.

I also thought maybe to use my name for my business (Amber Shields Fitness) and just come up with a name for the program I would offer. I don't know about this as I don't have a very unique or eloquent name.

Any ideas or suggestions to help figure this out would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Try Moms' Metabolic Motivator, or another alliteration along those lines. (Mine sucks; just came up with it spur-of-the-moment.)

    Regards,

Are you planning to start a brick-and-mortar business or is this an online offering?
    What region are you targeting?
Given that there are many competitors targeting your demographic, how is what you're doing different from what your competition is doing?

Thank you all so far for the ideas.
Jay, in regards to your questions, I am starting locally and then plan to expand online once I have some more experience. I live in a small college town in Kentucky (25,000 including the students).
There aren’t a whole lot of gyms and/or personal trainers and none of them market specifically to moms and their unique situation. Also, I want to cover all bases of health/fitness, so diet, exercise, recovery and mindset.
Part of my gimmick may be that after a 12 week program, it would be possible to have enough knowledge to live a healthy lifestyle and continue what they have learned. I will of course offer further programs for those who want to work with me longer, but it is really about education and changing the lives of as many women as possible.
