    Roy, have you visited the Important Guidelines page?

    Please go there and read everything, especially ITEM FIVE. It might help you understand how to reframe your question, which you can do by adding your own comments to this thread.

    You'll also notice that the guidelines recommend using the Search Questions feature.

    There are also some marketing dictionaries you can bookmark if you'll look on the Search Resources page.

    In the future, please don't use this forum inappropriately by posting your homework assignment here. Put a bit of thought into it next time!! Thanks.
