Do you think that is enough information to come up with a relevant name?
Where is it? Is it new or existing? Large or small clinic? Any local or regional features that you would like to align the name with?

Or, you could just use-
Lub Dub Cardiology Clinic

Who is the primary target audience? Where? Is there anything in particular you want the name to communicate? How will you know when the right name shows up?

Without your input from responding to the questions my colleagues have asked, it is difficult for us to give advice. We need your thoughts to guide us. For example, would you be more comfortable with a professional or serious name for the clinic or perhaps you may like a more light-hearted name that may be more acceptable to local citizens by making it easier for them to relate to the clinic,
