    A few thoughts:
    1) You can do a search for "Inspiring Communities" to identify other businesses using that phrase.
    2) The tagline itself doesn't convey what you do, for who, or why they should trust what you offer. Inspiration, for example, isn't something people are looking for to solve their issues.
    3) Why are you attracted to this tagline? What does your business offer? To who? Where? What makes you better/different?

IMO "Inspiring Communities" isn't a useful tagline for a real estate firm. Non-commercial RE deals with individuals and families...Your tagline should provide the idea of some benefit to them and Inspiring Communities is most likely not number 1 or number 2 on their list.

Who is your primary target audience? Where? What unique and compelling benefit can they expect when dealing with you?

I don't understand what you mean by "Inspiring Communities." What is that supposed to mean to your target audience? Are you suggesting that their communities need inspiration and that your company can deliver that inspiration? If so, how/why?
