No software is going to do the DESIGN work for you, however. You might want to enlist the help of a professional graphic artist.

If you're not familiar with the software necessary to do this, then you're probably not going to know how to use the software to its maximum effectiveness even when you find it.

You will probably need the help of a designer to get all the bells and whistles that you want.

However, as a starting point you should take a close look at PowerPoint and everything that it can do. You might also take a look at Presentation Pro to get you started.

hummm well you could try "impress" from www.openoffice.org . It is an open source program just like PowerPoint but you can export the ppt file in shockwave or PDF. Just make your presentation in power point then export the file as shockwave then view it in ifranview www.ifranview.com (free for personal use and $5 for commercial use)

another is swish presenter https://www.swishzone.com/( i tried an old beta it was cool) it exports the ppt file as shockwave and use the macromedia shockwave viewer or ifranview.
