Posted by 1076260788 on 50 Points
Hi everyone, our team having an assignment of preparing a plan for Cotton On company to participate in an international tradeshow. As a part of our task requirements, we need to ask for feedbacks on the plan. The tradeshow that we plan to join is the Vietnam International Textile & Apparel Accessories Exhibition. Following is the promotion activities that we plan for the tradeshow and the Gantt chart for the activities schedules. Thanks for helping.

• Product catalogues with photos of the newest collection will be printed out and distributed evenly around the booths.
• Since Asian people are known for their habit of taking photos and selfies, Vietnamese customers included, there will be a photobooth for people to take photos. People who upload their photos on social media and mention Cotton On will automatically enter a draw for a major discount. This is also effective when it comes to spread awareness and boost brand recognition.
• Some of Cotton On’s most popular clothing items will be displayed in the booth like in the stores, so customers can have a better understanding of the products.
• Staff members will be presented on site to assist customers with product inquiry and any other requests. They will also be collecting customers’ details and contact information for follow-up processes.
• Surveys will be conducted on site to study customers’ opinions and interest, in order to benefit future operations.
• In order to attract customers, Cotton On will invite an influencer in the fashion field to talk about tips on how to style clothes, he or she will also be taking photos with customers.
• Assuming people will be tired from browsing around, snacks and drinks will be provided on site, this is also a way to get customers to stop at Cotton On’s booth and encourage interactions.

What you've come up with is very generic, not culturally sensitive, doesn't target your market, and with no specific goals to measure success of your plan. Imagine someone walking around the show. Who would you want to stop at your booth? Why would they? What would they care about – price, style, comfort, sizing, or something else?
