    I teach an MBA class that covers different structures used by global companies (international divisions, global area divisions, global function divisions, etc.). I did some searching on Google for org charts and was able to find some which show the different structures. Turns out lots of org charts are available on the web, but you need to look through so many to find ones that show different business structures.
