How is what you're offering better than what others are offering in your region?
What do you want the tagline to convey? To who?
    Where are you located?

Will your main customers be families/individuals or resellers who will take larger quantities of water from you and re-sell it in villages that are some distance away?

Where will you obtain your water from?

Do you have water analysis reports from accredited laboratories showing the water is potable and fit for human consumption?

When you say 'water refilling', what does that mean exactly? Will you provide the initial containers to be refilled? If so, will you provide them for free?

What is the name and location of the town or village where you will operate?

We are going to need more information from you if we are going to be truly helpful. There are 10 questions in the posts above. Can you start by answering them?

"Nice and catchy" are not particularly helpful goals for a tagline. "Catchy" suggests you haven't really identified a substantive benefit for your primary target audience.

If we come up with several candidates for your tagline, how will you select the right one? What criteria will you use? How will you ever know if you made the right choice? What is the goal of the tagline? Why do you even want a tagline?

    P.S. What does "WaterSmart" mean?
