What should the tagline convey? To what audience?
Why should someone wish to attend?
Is this an internal event? If so, do you wish to tie-in the name of the company?

What is the purpose of your tagline? What do you want it to communicate? Are you sure you need a tagline?

What is the name of your organization? Where?

What the awards given out? Are they just 'bragging rights' in recognition of service? Or are their more tangible awards such as cash prizes, consumer goods prizes of various values and/or (for example) an all-expenses paid holiday in a popular location for a few days?

Is this the first-ever for such an event, or is it a regula event?
