Promo Cfo Tagline Needed

I have a client who is creating a company. He will be a "can" accountant for distributorships who sell promotional products. His company name is PromoCFO - He needs a tag line.
He will offer services such as financial accounting, consulting, bank and credit card rec and collections.

    Who's his target audience? What region?
    What's unique about his services?
    When would his target audience need his services? If they already had someone doing these same services, why should they switch to using him?

    What is the core benefit the target audience can expect when they deal with PromoCFO? How will their lives be better? Having the answers to these questions, and those Jay has asked above, will help us understand what the tagline should communicate.

    Separately, how will you select a "winning" tagline if we come up with 5 or 6 (or more) candidates? And how will you ever know if you picked the right one? Have you prepared a Creative Brief?

    Have you identified the major competitors to PromoCFO? It will be helpful if you can advise the taglines or general promotional material used by these competitors, so that we do not independently recommend the same taglines for PromoCFO.

    Who's his target audience: Promotional Product Distributorships
    What Region: US Domestic
    What is unique about his services: Most promotional product companies are very small and do not have time or money to invest in a full time accountant. The promotional product industry is somewhat complicated and having a 21 year industry accounting consultant is vital when cash can be tied up in 1 order with a supplier.
    Most distributorships need these services at the end of each week, month or year.
    A similar Company is:
    Client is not looking for smaller distributorships that currently do their own accounting, but now want to focus on selling not accounting.
