Email List Of Real Estate Agents

Posted by Anonymous on 300 Points
Folks -

I am looking for a free email list of all the real estate agents in USA and Canada. I found list brokers but they want an arm and leg for a list of 150,000. Since these are all individuals that have their name all over the web does anybody know where I can get a list for free or suggest a creative way I can get this done?

If anybody has the resources to get this done and wants to trade services let me know.

Thanks Bill Moore

So, just to be clear, the plan is to get a free list of 150,000 Realtors (more or less) then use your own ISP (or perhaps an email service provider) to send out those messages on an unsolicited basis?

    Is that correct?

Have you contacted Tim Pepper at PepperBlue directly https://www.marketingprofs.com/ea/profile.asp?userID=232943 ?

He would be my recommendation for help in this area.

There are software tools you can buy that will suck all the e-mail addresses off websites. Since associations list all their memebrs, and usually their e-mail addresses, you could simply buy the adress sucker and put it to work.

    But I wouldn't.

Here in Canada, as well as in other countries, if you do not have clear consent to send e-mail messages, you can't use the e-mail addresses that way. Doing so is the definition of SPAMMER, not to mention, you most likely would alientate anyone who could potentially become your customer.

I don't buy from spammers, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else buy from spammers.

    Find a better way.

Pay for placement in other folks messages who do have a relationship with realtors, get some word of mouth going. If you can't sell through proper channels, or can't afford to, I think the market is telling you something.

Its a harsh world, but its that way for a reason.

I am a computer programmer and I can pull information off of websites in an automated fashion.
If the realtor associations (or the state licensing boards) list the addresses, it would be cheaper for me to pull them off the website than to pay for a mailing list.

Do you really want to send a postcard to every realtor in the US? Seems like that would break anyone's bank. What about just new realtors? They always seem to be eager and struggling. I could compile a list of new realtors in each state easily as long as the information in available (it is for the states I deal with).

Please e-mail me if you are still looking for a list.

    Hello All,

I have gotten so many great inquiries and programming jobs from the last post that I just wanted to update everyone.

Since my last post, I have pulled many lists of real estate agents from the internet. For example, for one client I pulled 200,000 records from the Florida Association of Realtors for one-fifteenth of a cent per record.

I can also assist with other marketing tasks, such as sending mass e-mails and pulling other types of useful data from the internet, such as foreclosures, tax records, divorce records, etc.

Please see my website at www.principe-programming.com for lists of real estate agents by state. It has e-mail and postal mail addresses for real estate agents that are harvested from the state associations. Very inexpensive.

    Great conversation.

At first, I thought your intent was SPAM. However, after reading the responses I found that it is not. I'm glad because SPAM sucks!

The responses are great. Lot of great resources.

I'm currently promoting my site https://www.BPOdownload.com to real estate agents. It's a complete step-by-step BPO resource for real estate agents.

Thanks for providing this valuable conversation.

folks, it is spam, he wants a FREE non opt-in list of agents. In order to comply with the CAN-SPAM act, which is federally mandated, ANY list that you email to must have DOUBLE opt-in criteria and can NOT be purchased. Flat out, BILL MOORE YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW
