Tagline For An Outsourcing Company (software)

The name of the company is Impact Software.
Market: small and medium projects (national and international) in the fields of coding, testing and complete project outsourcing.
Strong points:
Very clear coding
Extensive testing
Relatively small prices (10 USD/hour) - however it is only a timely advantage (for 3-5 years) as the wages are continually growing to European Union level

    First of all, I really don't think your low rates are an advantage. Chances are that you will give the impression of low quality with that rate. You're probably running close to 10% of the price we would pay here in the states for quality coding

    While I doubt I'll hit the mark I think you should focus on very straightforward, very direct language, since your market is certainly going to be development managers and so on--such as:
