What are the different questions i need to ask to a new customers to understand about the customer and his area of interest.

    Fayaz,

    W.M.M.A. has a very good point. Some very important things that you need to communicate to your customer or client hedges around may varied scenarios.

    DEALING WITH A NEW CUSTOMER IS LIKE GOING ON A DATE...Would you rush it or bombard your new date with a whole bunch of questions?

    You just can't begin to pop off questions with a new customer. Some other things I would like to know is Are your customers B2B or B2C?

    Are these customers referred to you or are you obtaining these customers from clover leafing, direct mail order, online or maybe even surveys?

    How did they hear about your business?
