Traits that I am known for:
1. My humor
2. ability to negotiate red tape, find answers or negotiate a solution for them - I don't give up until I find an answer, name and telephone number for them.
3. People tend to call me "Patsy" because my last name is spelled Cline (like Patsy Cline-country singer)
4. The color red
5. Get-it-done type of person
6. Networking ability - since my husband and I have 33 years combined local government experience -- I have great relationships with all the local govts - not the politicians, but the employees.
Difference between me and my competition (I am definitely not knocking the competition):
My background is real estate law and engineering. I worked as a negotiator for property rights for 15+ years before acquiring my real estate license.
Although I have buyer clientele, I want to focus my efforts first on sellers and secondly on buyers purchasing investment property.
Previous posts recommended taglines focused on referrals/relationships and/or personal brand relationships tied to results -- this is exactly what I want, I just don't have a clue where to start.
Also, since I live in the Charleston South Carolina area, should I involve the Southern thing or leave it alone?
Can someone help me?
Pam
