    How does Cheetah Mail compare to other ESPs in terms of:

    whitelisting
    optimization for deliverability
    richness and relevance of metrics
    customer service
    processing spam complaints

    My point of reference is DoubleClick DARTmail, though I've used ASP services such as Socketware as well as in-house applications
