WE are willing to help you but you must do three things first:

1.Do some research, www.googleguide.com is very good for people who cant use a search engine effectively.

2. After you have done that, come back and tell us what you think Revlon should do. Have a look at there site, go to a store that sell Revlon products, look at other products that are aimed at men eg Gillette, mens face wash, have a look at metrosexuals etc

3. Post any other questions you have in student section of the site.

It is your job to do the work, we are only here to give a small bit of help. If you provide a good answer to my second question will do my best to help you and get other members of the top 25 to have a look at your question.
