my chevrolet trailblazer is idoling high and i would like to know some causes

    Hi Meredithcoffee,

    I think you mean "idling" and one cause is the wiring harness going to the TPS sensor is too tight.

    Another thing that could cause high idle concerns is a vaccum leak after the MAF sensor.

    Best thing is have a mechanic check it out on their computer and see what kind of codes they get.

    Maybe Meredith did mean "Idoling high", perhaps it's a reference to recreational pastimes while tuned to certain TV channels?
