Factors Contributing To The Success Of An E-shop

hello guys
i am doing my project about setting up an e-shop of USB's product, and i am exploring the critical factors contributing to the success of an e-shop at moment. So hope you guys can give me some useful advices and tips that i can start with my project and do some literature reviews.

    Having just bought a USB port, I would say that completeness of assortment, price and convenience/speed of delivery are key success factors

    Tom, what do you think the critical factors are?

    My tip is for you to think this through and come back here for some expert opinions on what you think are the right factors.

    Just asking others to do the initial thinking for you won't help you learn anything.


    Have you searched all past questions here? Searched Google? Still don't know where to begin? OK, think what the critical success factors are for ANY shop - regardless of whether it is bricks and mortar, on-line only, or both physical and online. Now try to start...
