Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am working on tweaking the concept/content of an existing website that promotes 12 new condos in northwest Montana. One of the changes will be a splash page with an artist rendering of the project. I want to put a tagline on this page that will draw a visitor in to see the rest of the site. Here are the features/benefits of the project:

Project is called "Condominiums on the Green" It is located right on the Meadowlake Golf Course in Columbia Falls Montana in the Flathead Valley region of Northwest Montana, just 90 miles from the Canadian border.

Glacier Park is just minutes away, but it's the golf that scores the most points here. The Meadowlake Golf Course, has a four star rating and is dubbed a 'must play' by Golf Magazine.

The golf course is a big, big deal. Should be emphasized or inferred in tagline.

Also close to great fishing, skiing, camping hiking.

Floor through units -- 1700+ square feet. Upscale finishings. Mountain and golf course views.

Intimate valley setting of 100,000 residents over 20 square miles.

Putting green right outside door.

Elevator building, single level units, trash chutes (demographic will be older).

Pool and jacuzzi

visitors/target market: many will be driven to the site by advertising in local papers. Surprisingly, the biggest market for the project will come from empty nesters who live nearby and are ready for an easier lifestyle.

We don't want to preclude the rest of the market however, and the site should effectively introduce the project and the area to outsiders.

There are also many visitors to the area during the summer months who arrive by RV and stick around for awhile enjoying the cooler weather and golf opportunities (there are eight courses within a short distance of each other.)

Golf is a big deal in Montana. This is a surprise to me-- I knew the state had big open ranges, but who expected them to be manicured????

Price range +/-350K

Here's a sample tagline:

"Introducing Meadow Lake Condominiums On The Green-- Big Sky, Lush Lawns – and an easy carefree
lifestyle"

OK, OK, -- I know you can come up with better than that-- all suggestions welcome.
