Conflict Resolution

Assuming You are the marketing manager for an engineering company, the production dept occationally produced
a faulty product resulting in lost orders, and the sales team made unrealistic promise to customers that production cannot meet.This has resulted in bad feelings on the part of the customer and withing the company. Prepare note on how you will negotiate with both sides to ressolve the situation and briefly how to avoid this problem in future.

please help me immediately. I believe the get the right answers here.

    Why dont YOU tell us what YOU have done so far, we will help YOU if YOU don some work AND SHOW US.

    Not many people will answer if you just post the homework question WITH OUT ANY thoought or effort

    My professor was reading a question i posted for a project and gave me EXTRA marks because i showed that i was ready willling and able to go behond the course

    Why are you disappointed ?

    You get what you put in, from the sound of the question it looks like you have just copied the question from the text book and expect us to do all the work, so YOU can copy it and claim it as your own work.

    Well i am sorry you feel that way, but we will HELP you if you tell us what you have done.

    We are here to help push you in the right direction, not give you the answers on a silver platter.

    Or is it the fact that you got caught?

    If you come back, (and i hope you will) please! please! show us you have done a bit of work, by saying what you think the answer is.

    I offered you help but you have not taken it up.

    It is YOUR education not ours, YOU are paying the money for SKILLS and KNOWLEGE. If you just copy form other people you are stealing and you will NOT get a good job, even if you do get a good job you will get fird when they find out that you cant do the job because you got other people to do it for you.
