what is the criticismof Ansoff Matrix? mean the strengths and weaknesses of this model. which industry successful or failure when usng this model?

Here is a really useful article about the Ansoff matrix and, more specifically, how to write an Ansoff analysis. Also helpful for this thread is the section entitled "Limitations of Ansoff Analysis."

After reading it, you can get a good sense as to whether or not it should be used for the hospitality industry:
