Real Estate Tagline For New Agent

I am a newly licensed real estate agent trying to break in to a highly competitive market that is saturated with agents. I don’t have any sales experience, but have worked for a police department for the last 15 years. I’m trying to come up with something that will highlight my numerous years of public service, problem solving and negotiating skills. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

    That will beg the question of how you've done it and give you the opportunity to sell yourself.
