The USPs of the business are:
- cost / value for money: we aim to be the cheapest by reduced overheads (no huge high street rents) and sourcing from Asia. We will beat any price offered by a competitor.
- viewable product range : our large premisses mean there are lots of products to view
- customer service : particularly on the internet were we offer real-time chat service to our customers
Our target customers are lower to upper-middle end. We have three product lines - standard, luxury and finest to target three different budgets.
Our target market is 18-30 year olds. The name should appeal and be somewhat funky to this age group. It is important that we have a name that focuses on these, does not represent 'cheap' but could potentially represent 'value for money'. We have some great stylish and contemporary ranges but also more basic ranges so the name should not really emphasis either of these.
