Marketing Strategies For Dealers

Hi I am doing my summer project n need to do ia complete analysis on dealers of consumer Tv..
Dealers are one of the most effective medium for meeting the sales.So how could one strategise to make the dealer-manufacturer relationship more effective.

    Hi vinay,
    First of all gather all the data on dealers in your scope of work.Try and analyse the relative strengths nd weaknesses of each dealer.
    Try and identify the dealears shortcomings in meeting the objectives.Bridge this gap between the dealer and th company to acheive successful results.

    If you were a business, I would suggest buying a good report.
    Otherwise, your best options are:

    1. Hope someone here has the knowledge for you
    2. Find a suitable forum for people who will be able to help you (www.ecademy.com, www.linkedin.com etc) or a dedicated B2C retail forum, and ask for help there!
