A little more information would be useful, do you work in a business related to travel or iis this a punt at a new business venture?

You have two approaches:

1. Talk to local bus company, see if they will help you fill a bus, would they be willing cancel at short notice if there is little interest. But you must promote it, via website, posters, email etc

Start small, some local attraction, don't add anything fancy like catering or accomodation.

See if you can get a percentage of takings from a gift shops or restaurants you can stop by. I know they are usually open to this.

2. Research the market

Talk to friends and family, do a mail drop round the community you want to take you up on the offer and simply ask if they would be willing to take a trip, where they would like to go and how much they would be willing to pay. This could take come time.

My preference would be for option 1, try it, if it fails, it shouldn't cost too much and chalk it up to experience. If it suceeds, or even breaks even, you have a uccessful revenue stream on your hands.

BTW, do not go out to make your first million on you first trip, if you breakeven your lucky, after a few trips, you'll start to bring the money in.

You may be better off talking to people at the destination to learn the demographics or the typical buyer. They'll also have ideas on what worked for other groups.

Since it's in their interest, try to get them involved

Definetly want to do a senior citizens group. Talk to your local bank or YMCA or Curves or...

You will not have a problem filling the bus...if it's a nice bus.
