Is this a student question? If it is, there is a student section. And as such, we also don't just give answers to homework problems.

If not, then the question is much to vague. First, do you mean organizational structure like how to form a company - S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC, (for the US) etc? If so, this depends on the country in which you live and your needs. If you mean organizational structure like traditional "functional" versus "business unit" versus "matrixed", etc, then it depends in the industry and company needs.

Bottom line: Give some more information here and we can help you. Give the business background and circumstances, problem description, and what you wish to achieve. Then we can give you credible help.

Describe an organization that has gone from one structure to another structure. What structure did it move from and what structure did it become? What factors created this change of structures? What cultural changes will occur as a result of the change in structure?
