Home Delivery Diet Food

Recently I've read something about new trend in developed countries regarding home delivery services of diet food. For example, the person has special food daily requests as per some diet plan. He/She can order the delivery of those special meals. I was thinking about running this kind of business in my country where there this types of deliveries are still not existing and where there is every day more and more health conscious people which are target of this business. Can somebody give me the best practices in this business as well pros/cons of their existence (these shops) up to now?
Moreover, every suggestion is very welcome.

    There's a similar business here in Houston that's been around for eons, so they must be doing something right. See www.dietgourmet.com

    One thing to note is that they are located smackdab in the middle of all the highest-income neighborhoods in the city. Bet you can guess who their customers are!
