How Do I Market 3 Bedroom Apartments

I need to market brand new 3 bedroom apartments. What is the target market for a 3 bedroom and where will I find them.

    You must be joking...

    Few ideas...

    - Couple with two kids
    - Single parent two kids
    - Couple with one kid and live-in nanny or grandparent
    - Couple, no kids, two dogs
    - Couple, no kids, no dogs, work from home...
    - Investors

    Where are these dwellings? What differentiates them from other three bedroom apts?
