Name For White Washed General Store - Bakery

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Offering:

Old-fashioned American desserts. Cupcakes, Icebox cake etc– think Laduree meets a "shabby chic" white-washed general store.

The shop is located in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.

Will offer unique specialty gifts. Special, handmade glittery ones as well as cards and doo-dads. Inspired by the past but still comfortable and current.

Attitude. Comfortable and friendly, maybe a bit quirky. A general store, relaxed, mom's kitchen in the 50's kinda feel.

We ideally would start with or grow into having a party room.

I like the name Prize or a name stemming off Prize. But I think I am the only one that does. The idea stems from winning a blue ribbon in the bake-off contest at a fair.

Any help with names or taglines would be greatfully appreciated.

    Two things,

    a. you are offering traditional dessets only

    b. are you offerring company also.

different names in case of 1 or 1 & 2. e.g. there is a bakery in my city, which offers good quality stuff along with a small sitting space. The Name "Coffee, Tea & Company"

Sounds very quaint like a bakery here named SueAnn's.
Here are my ideas you can mix & match taglines:

    Heritage Bakery & Storehouse
-Desserts & gifts from memories past

    Old-fashioned bakery & warehouse
    -Traditional desserts & gifts

    Homespun bakery & gift shop
    -Down-to-earth desserts & gifts
