Hi, does anyone know what the industry average response rate for direct mail AND email campaigns in the high-tech (B2B) space?

I come from just that arena in the UK, and there isn't a typical response rate, it depends on so many elements.

We were typically getting 14%, but the stuff was highly targeted and highly relevant!

Sorry just to clarify:

Postal Direct Mail: 1%-5%
E-Direct Mail: Opening Rate: around 75-85%
E-Direct Mail: Click Through: around 14%
