Hi,

I would appreciate any feedback you have about our new site [inactive link removed].

It's still definitely in development (not happy with much of the copy and photos yet), but I would value anything you have to say.

My husband has created the site (with zero experience!)

Hi Louise,

I am impressed!

I agree with all of of John's suggestions.

I would also think about offering them for sale over the Internet.

This would not be hard to do and would surely lead to sales to those people who can't make it to the Greenwich Market.

Now, looking back at your FAQ, I see where you will ship them, but the ability to buy them directly over the Internet needs to be more explicitly stated if not to even have its own link "Buy Here" or "Shop".

On the FAQ page it would help to separate the questions from the answers, it is somewhat difficult to read as it is.

Otherwise I think you did a great job!

I have seen a lot worse design by overpaid professional designers.

Wow give your husband a BIG pat on the back from me. Your site works with no problems in firefox 1.0.7 and Opera 8.5.

I really hope you deliver outside the UK because I want one of the "Hot Rod" piggy banks :P.

And to answer your question about paypal, personally that is the only way I can pay since I don't have a credit card.

If you are concerned about the credibility issue then have a look at a yahoo shop.

One thing I would like to see is more photos of the piggy banks from different angles, and to see how big the rubber stopper is.
