Search the articles on this site. There have been a few on this very subject.

Also look at the recent SONY bloging incident, it got A LOT of TV/News paper time in New Zealand. The CEO of sony/bmg New Zealand even went on TV and said "we have been receiving very vicious and angry customer calls and emails. We dont even use copy protection in New Zealand" (which is a LIE).

Also look at the mircosoft incident with "windows defender", google with the fireing of an employee because he was over 35 and/or the fact the fired a person for reveling a bit to much info on his official blog.

Another one would be when the PC machinc posted that they had been have problems with dell computers, it caused other bloggers to also post the problems with dell. This resulted in a 15% decline in sales for dell computers.

Also you can look at splogs, spammy based blogs.
