Hi, I'm a new member and want to know what is 'halo effect' in advertising?. would be wonderful if anyone can help answer. Looking forward to your response.

The biblical definition of a halo is a "an indication of radiant light drawn around the head of a saint"

If you apply this in a advertising/marketing sense, you could interpret it to be the surrounding effect of one particular product/strategy/advertising campaign on other products/strategies/campaigns.

Learning through case studies is a great way to understand any form of marketing theory:
