    Add to the others:

    Opportunities:
    Party trays and corporate lunches (already doing this from some Houston locations, I know, but is there a BIGGER reach?)
    Breakfast (are you there in the a.m.? do customers know?)

    Threats:
    Competition w/ANY mexican or spicy ethnic food trends(or is this an opportunity in disguise?)
