I welcome a critique of my website. I am concerned that it might be too complicated for the typical users. Thanks....Bob

Your thumbnails of your, pardon the pun, scrolling scrolls, are too small.

When I click on the thumbnail to see the larger sample, it is too large. Your larger view is 'pixelated' and really makes your work look third rate. Bring it down a few notches so it shows your work clearly, crisply, and more like the excellent final product one can expect when delivered to the customer. People are going to be judging the quality of your product by what they see on their screen, so, it better look good from the get go. You only have one chance to make a first impression.

Remember, on the web, if you don't look good, you aren't good.

Basically, I liked your website. Here are a couple of quick points that you may want to consider.
    1) The pricing section lacked the same kind of flair as the rest of the sight. There was little of no use of color on that page. I believe many times we are a little bit embarrassed of our price. Don't be. I feel you offer a fair price and a fair deal.
    2) About us. Some people want to feel a connection to you before they do business with you. I suggest more detail... Pictures... etc.

Your site is not very complicated, I found it easy to use.

Here are some items that you may want to note when you do a redesign.

You sell scrolls. Your sample scoll on the home page looks like it is an afterthought.

What I would recommend is to get rid of the Welcome to Scrolls by Design paragraph that keeps repeating itself and the women with the flower baby. Instead program this banner using FLASH to showcase the information that is currently in broken into diferent sections (Newborn Scrolls, Birthday Scroll and Special Occasion Scrolls) You can use the same images and text that is currently on your home page. You can program it so that when someone sees something that interest them they could click on the banner and be taken that particular section.

This would give you more room to have thumbnails of your sample scrolls. When someone clicks on a scroll thumbnail the scroll enlarges to the right size to view. Currently the image is too large and does not represent the quality that you sell.

On the About Us page, where are pictures of scrolls? Your not selling a today in Texas history scroll, so I would replace the Austin photos with a collage of scrolls unless I was going to offer a Texas Historical Scroll.

Also I could not find your phone number anywhere on the site. You will find that people are less likely to order from an online site that does not have a phone number.

P.S. I live and work in Texas, so I have nothing against Texas. I just would take every opportunity to showcase your scolls.
