    Its a very cheap way to promote the product. Can be tracked and also segmented differently than above the line..

    You use it when you know your Target, your are Focus, you want to save money, you need to measure the results, you want to develop the customer Relations, you need to differentiate the offer depends on the type of customer, you need to sense the market and the volume of answers, or you need to fish.
