Marketing To Senior Citizens

I am the marketing director for a mortgage company in Fl. We are trying to tap into the reverse mortgage market, but i am not quite sure how to market to seniors. I was thinking of doing a mail out campaign, but i'm not sure if less or more information is necessary, colorful or colorless prints. Then i thought about provided information packages for all who are interested and having them available in various senior communities. But i'm not sure if that'll generate phone calls.

What is the best way to market to the elder?

    This is an expanding field for mortgages and the competition is heating up.

    I think seminars would work well and/or making relationships with financial planners/attys.

    I recently saw a TV commercial from IndyMac for this.

    Estate planning groups/financial management planners who have Boomers coming throught the doors often think of these things for parents also.
