Whose Future Do You Believe?

If you had the opportunity to interview/speak with ONE person whom you believe could accurately predict the future/future trend of customer behaviour …

Who would that be and why? B2B

    BUSINESS TO BUSINESS PREDICTORS OF FUTURE TRENDS...
    First I would want to talk to the father of management guidelines Peter Drucker. Why? So glad you asked...I believe Drucker had some amazing insight into the Business to Business functions of organizations and how that impacted the customer. I also believe Drucker did predict the future trend of business on many levels and would inspire me to think a genius about the subject.

    BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER PREDICTORS OF FUTURE TRENDS...
    Secondly I would want to talk to the father of American business and a true genius in his own right, the inventor of Diplomatic relationships...none other than Benjamin Franklin. I know for me Dr. Franklin would have great insight into the problems/solutions of how to develop models for understanding the future trend of customer behavior. His intuition and insight would inspire us all to build upon his complete understanding of the value of developing great customer relationships and how this would affect customer behavior to the degree that it would allow us and inspire us to predict the trends of our customers. Remember our only real problem in life is our failure to be more creative than we’ve ever been. If you “Invent” your opportunity YOU WILL most definitely create your future.     Hi BevH,

    you're right...our answers will reflect how we perceive the question. But questions are one of the essential ways to get to a more fuller and deeper understanding. Well here's another answer from a different angle.

    For my B2B answer I would welcome the opportunity to interview/speak to Jay Abraham. Why I believe it's obvious that Jay has a wealth of perspectives that would offer us valuable content from a B2B point of view. His ability to have experienced many levels of business industries would be valuable to how the customer relationship works in that arena.

    For my B2C answer I would welcome the opportunity to interview/speak to Geth Sodin...(I'm just joking)...but Seth Godin speaks to the heart of Business to customer behavior for many reasons. I believe his indepth understanding offers much foundation for being a wise intuitive commentator on where the future of the customer is taking us in the B2C arena.
