Real Estate Agent Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have been in the real estate business for only 1 year; however, I grew up in this business because my mother has been an agent for the past 20 years. I have done everything from real estate settlements to marketing for real estate agents but just became a fulltime agent last summer. Now I am hitting a road block when I try to come up with my tagline/brand. My name is Shari Young and I work in the county where I have lived for the past 20 years... any ideas.

    Hi Shari Young

It is hard to define individuals. Every individual have their own hidden strength and weaknesses. Family and Friend Circle always help us to motivate and make more creativity when challenges arrive.

Ask yourself few questions: who you are? What is your idea about life? How do you see other people? What makes you creative? What makes you sullen? When you will finish this homework you will understand what you are? What you want?

Combine that theory with real estate/ experience/ future plan? Think logically – what people want to know about you/ how can you market your self for example “Last Samurai”

From the above given things I will suggest few taglines for you:

    • The Best in the Business
    • Helping you find the property of your dreams
    • Beyond just agent
    • Real Estate is my/our Life
    • I’m REALTORS

    I hope this will help!

    Regards,

    M Bhor

These may not answer the "What's in in for Me?" question for your clients, but maybe they'll spark something else...

    Hi Shari Young,

I hope you're having a great day! because if you're not it's time for you to recognize what you have.

    THE LAW OF RECOGNITION...
reminds us that whatever we fail to recognize we obviously dismiss. Stop dismissing what you have and recognize what you've got.

YOU'RE NOT AT A "ROAD BLOCK" AS YOU SUGGEST, YOU'RE ABOUT TO HAVE A "MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH"...
It appears as though you're not at a major Road block Shari so stop focusing on roadblocks and focus on what you really truly want to happen. You see...

DISTRACTIONS ARE WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU'RE NOT FOCUSED ON YOUR GOALS & DREAMS...
because you haven't been focusing on your dreams and goals ( the things you really want to happen ) you've made yourself available to make the roadblock your FOCUS.

THE WORDS WE COMMUNICATE EXPRESS OUR MENTAL LOCATION...

REAL SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DON'T WASTE ONE MOMENT OF THEIR TIME FOCUSING ON WHAT THEY DON'T WANT...they spend all of their time focusing on what they "DO WANT"...so what do you want? And stop focusing on the situations of negative imaginings and examine the possibilities so that you can practice using your imagination to your advantage.

SO LET ME COACH YOU THROUGH THIS SO YOU CAN TRULY RECOGNIZE WHAT YOU DO HAVE...YOU SAY..Your moms been doing Real Estate for 20 years right? And you've been watching her and assisting her. So for 20 years the hemispheres of your brain have been open and exposed to a wealth of knowledge that makes seeing real estate opportunities easy for you. On top of that you've been doing real estate settlements and marketing real estate right?

GIRL YOU'VE GOT IT GOING ON... If I had your experience and your exposure I'd go out to dominate the whole Real Estate market. When I went into the Real Estate industry 10 years ago I only did it for two years, dominated my sector of the industry by mastering customer service and finally left only because a better job making "More Money" in the consulting industry came up.

SO YOUR PROBLEM ISN'T A ROAD BLOCK...
your problem is you're not recognizing what you do have. And you're focusing on the 1 year actual experience in the industry on your own. That's not where I would focus my energy and that's why you're using words of limitation like Road Blocks. But you're not at a Road Block Shari, you're at a Major Breakthrough.

SHARI YOU HAVE AN AMAZING WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE...
and historical knowledge that many would love to have. Please, WAKE-UP and recognize what you have and dominate your industry right now. Here's a tagline I got for you. It gives differentiation from other reps and set's you out in front of the leaders...

Shari Young, "the only real estate expert that grew up in the industry" or

Shari Young, "the only real estate expert with 20 years growing up in the industry"

So what you thought was your limitation is really your blessing. Remember our only real problem in life is our failure to be "MORE Creative" than we’ve ever been. If you “Invent” your opportunity YOU WILL most definitely create your future. Just know that I'm here for you if you need my help. Is there anything else I can do for you?
