Creative Name For A Full-fledged Ad Agency

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
We are one of the top 3 ad agencies in the country we operate. But we have kept the same identity for the past 15 years.... even though we preach creativity and change to clients we have to look at ourselves... Our name is not our claim to fame.... its our work...

I need a name that is creative yet not tooo funky..... I dont want to give examples as it leads to a bias and myopic thinking....

Lets see what you can come up with..

These are all good starts... Some of them have already been taken up by other agencies and consultancy companies...

The names need not have a meaning... they can be just coined terms like zonder, spoodle etc...

    Thanx people!!!!

    SIZZLE

.... like zonder, spoodle etc as you say ... but also with historic relevance in the Ad business- we all remember 'sell the sizzle and not (just) the steak'!

I haven't seen it used for a Creative Ad company yet.

    Hi Test,

The reason for the shell logo is as follows:

The origin of the brand name Shell is linked to the origins of The "Shell" Transport and Trading Company. In 1833, the founder's father, also Marcus Samuel, founded an import business to sell seashells to London collectors.

When collecting seashell specimens in the Caspian Sea area in 1892, the younger Samuel realised there was potential in exporting lamp oil from the region and commissioned the world's first purpose built oil tanker, the Murex, to enter this market. By 1907 the company had a fleet of oil tankers..

On the other hand, the reason we want to re-brand is to do with our internal employ dynamics... not only does re-branding influence outside business perceptions, its also motivates employees.. and that is our ultimate goal....

See if you can give it mone more try....

    thanx people!!
