Do You Know Where To Find Hispanic Keynote Speakers?

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
It's difficult to find Latino spokespersons and keynote speakers for Hispanic marketing campaigns, multicultural training and special events, such as major conferences and training. Do you know of anyone who is looking for the type of top level speaker we can provide? We can help. [inactive link removed]

The Ziff Placement Center at the University of Miami could probably help you out. They are in touch with the Miami business comunity, which is predominantly Latino, as well as UM alumni. If that doesn't work out, try the Greater Miami and South Beach chambers of Commerce.

American Marketing Association's newsletter often runs a special section on multi-cultural marketing a few times a year. I think they also list a directory of firms that specialize in this. This may be a good place to consider spending advertising dollars - www.marketingpower.com.

My general impression for when you are starting up something is to rely more on PR than advertising. Specifically, try your best to get articles placed in marketing or business magazines. How a customer solved a problem (using your service, of course) is the type of thing which often can get run. Added benefit is that articles are generally looked at as a more reliable source of information than an advertisement.
