How To Make It Reality?

Hi all.Im going to be a promoter or you can say manager of a Beauty Salon, Supply, and Spa in the marketing department and i need some ideas......
What i need to do is to get more clients for the Stylist who just starting to build there clients, and with that the clients will buy products and the salon can earn more money.

The salon have 10.000 clients and its 2.500 clients every month.

The salon making right now about $5.000 a week and with so many clients its nothing.

Now my job is to bring extra $2.000 a week to the salon by selling products or bring new clients that will buy products.

The salon week days are Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday and this is the days we need to make more money.

Do i build some kind of a plane before i start this?

What was your best promotion that got you money or new clients?

    Connect with local retail clothing stores and become part of their fashion events. be sure to get credits.

    Start collecting email addresses of the 10,000 clients and send them emails about new products. Also give them a reason to bring a friend to your studio. May a Free something.

    You can figure the yearly value of a client by multiplying the average cost by the times they come in per year. This gives you an idea of how much you might want to give away to gain a new client
